EERA Young Talents Contest Finalists Announcement

The East European Rock Alliance (EERA) proudly announces the finalists of the EERA Young Talents Contest 2025, following an exciting first phase that saw 88 emerging bands from six countries competing for a chance to perform on one of Eastern Europe’s biggest rock stages.

After a rigorous selection process involving public voting and jury evaluations, the top bands from each regional section have been revealed:

To ensure the integrity and fairness of the public voting process, a detailed analysis was conducted before finalizing the results. All suspicious votes were identified and removed based on three key criteria:
– Maximum 50 votes per IP address
– No use of temporary or fake email addresses
– No email aliasing
The first two criteria were nearly identical in coverage and accounted for the majority of the suspicious votes removed, while the third criterion affected only a very small number of votes.

These three outstanding bands will take the stage at the EERA Final Festival, held at Arenele Romane in Bucharest on October 31 – November 1, 2025, where they will perform alongside internationally renowned acts such as Haggard, Dirty Shirt, Hel’enine, Oçi, and Łydka Grubasa.

The contest offered over €10,000 in prizes, including cash awards, music gear, studio sessions, and performance opportunities. Finalists were selected through a 50/50 combination of public votes and scores from a prestigious international jury representing radio, festivals, media, and the music industry across Europe.
